Machine Shop Incharge / Production Manager

Designation : Process Superintendent

Location : Pune, Chakan, Bhosari

Educational Qualification : B.Sc (Chemistry) with 10-20 years of work experience or B.E. (Chemical) with 5-10 years of Experience as Shift Incharge/Production Officer.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Process Setting & Controlling Operational Practices as per SOP & Production Plan.

2. Trouble shooting & taking up matters of deviation with concern dept/engineer

3. Control material waste in process

4. To Coordinate break down maintenance with Maintenance crew.

5. Manning as per requirement in Shifts.

6. Maintaining General Discipline during Shifts.

7.To maintain Safety Standards & House Keeping in Plants during Shifts.

8. Responsible for Production, Quality & Efficiency Targets.

9. Preparation of Shift Report.
